How long does it take to build a custom amplifier cabinet?
Our custom shop cabinets are handcrafted to order and typically have a lead time of 10 to 15 business days before shipping.
Do you offer international shipping for electronics and kits?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.
What is the warranty policy on Mojotone pickups?
All Mojotone pickups come with a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser.
Can I return electronic components or DIY kits?
Unused components in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. However, DIY kits that have been partially assembled or soldered are not eligible for return.
Are your vacuum tubes tested before being shipped?
