Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any electronic components back to our facility.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that tubes, speakers, or amplifiers are properly cushioned to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to the address provided by our service team.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item has not been soldered or modified, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
